My sister had a picture of Val Kilmer from 'Willow' glued to her wall when we were younger & when we moved out, she tried to take it off and it tore across his face. She was sad.
When you say "you know an unusual amount about sunglasses", I have to ask, what is there to know? It's what, polarized v unpolarized, gluconite v plastic v glass, Metal v plastic frame, and Eye pad things v not eye pad things. If there is more to know than that, I'm amazed.
Oh, and you do realize the odd juxtaposition created by 36 and 37, right?
The world looks mighty good to me, cause tootsie rolls are all I see.
in relation to #21: i apologize. i had no idea.
I can attest to #7-- you gave a talk in church several months ago that was one of the better ones I've heard in a while. And when I went up to tell you that after the meeting--totally got snubbed.
Also, I completely agree with #18.
I stopped by to say hi out of the blue about a week ago and you weren't home. I had cough drops.
I am reminded why we are such good friends as I read over this list and often think "oh yeah, me too."
I'll trade you a can of RAID (for spiders) and a puppy *with* kennel cage, for the Oakley watch (?) ;)
I loved reading all this about you! You have such a strong sense of identity I think I will always admire. You -are- good at remembering birthdays. That is a serious fault I have. When I was falling asleep last night I realized I forgot my mom's Birthday. It was January 8th. Pathetic. Love ya!
Wow, first time I've read your blog in like a year. I wouldn't have guessed the obsession with Greece. I'm actually spending a few days there this summer after I finish a study abroad program in Italy so I'll try to take good pictures so you can experience it vicariously. ;) Going to Paris and London too, so if you have some recommendations of must see places, please let me know.
