This morning I woke up to the sound of birds chirping outside my window. Squinting my eyes in confusion at their random merriment, I lifted a few of the leaves to my blinds to figure out just what was going on. It took me a minute, but soon I realized that I could see the grass (brown as it was), and better yet, the sky! Nothing but blue sky as far as my eye could see! This was reason to rejoice. So of course I ran outside (after making myself presentable... duh) to see if it was warm, and to my delight it was! Yes! Finally a warm day in February where the sun is shining and I can finally reduce my winter layers to a light sweater and flats with out socks.
Later on, I decided to check the temperature - just out of pure curiousity.
Weather.com said it was 40 degrees.
40 degrees??? And that's a warm day???
DOES ANYONE ELSE SEE A PROBLEM WITH THIS!?!
Oh and don't worry that it's supposed to snow again on Wednesday. Go figure.

Seriously, I drove around today in bliss that it was this nice! Then the sun goes down and it's freeeezing! Why can't it be spring yet?
Also, how are you? If you work tonight I won't see your pretty face cuz I am switching with Alek to cover his Saturday shift.

40?! when it has been 40 here lately, its FREEZING. Man, I'm getting spoiled... And I think I am going to watch wild hogs this week. Yes, that's right. I am going to watch IT.
