I'm A Compulsive Book Buyer
Today I rekindled an obsession. I somehow forgot how much I love Daphne deMaurier, but don't worry because I remember now. I'm actually surfing Amazon.com right now because I am determined to own her entire collection of writings. They say that in order to be a good writer you should read ALL of a favorite author. (Don't ask who "they" is because nobody really knows). Well, I'm going to do that. I'm SO excited! But honestly... I buy books compulsively. I don't just buy one when I'm ready to read another one... I buy many at a time and read them when I get to them. For example, right now on my bookshelf, there are 18 books that I have yet to read--or that I started and just haven't finished yet. But don't worry because I'm about to add to my collection. Daphne deMaurier, I'm gunna be your biggest fan!

You need to come visit me sometime and I'll show the 37 books currently with me that I have yet to read. Then you can come to Idaho and see the 12 boxes of unread books I have in storage! Yay! (I promise, there are 12. That was no exaggeration.)
